Anthony and other high school students attended a party near Michigan State hosted by two Michigan State students and a friend who attended a nearby community college. After the party, the high school driver who had been drinking at the party crashed the car. Anthony and two other high school attendees lost their lives in the accident. The three college student hosts pleaded guilty to conspiracy to contribute to the delinquency of minors.
