Craig was missing after attending a wedding reception at a La Crosse bowling alley, and visiting two bars on a Saturday night. A bloodhound tracked Craig’s' scent to river, where police found footprints leading out to the icy river.  Craig was determined to have had a blood alcohol level more than three times the legal limit.
