Reported that Daniel Miller was just three weeks away from graduating when he died from alcohol poisoning with a blood alcohol level of .45- more than seven times the legal limit in Idaho. Coroner: UI student died of alcohol overdoseOriginally printed at http://www.klewtv.com/news/45054297.html
Reported that according to toxicology reports Daniel Miller's
blood-alcohol level was .45 at the time of death. A blood alcohol
reading of .08 is the level for illegal intoxication, with anything
higher than .40 potentially fatal. Prior to his death, Daniel
drank in a local bar and then took part in drinking games with friends.
