"A Binghamton University student died Saturday and another was charged with vehicular manslaughter following an alcohol-related accident in the Town of Caroline."

"Beer is sold during the on-campus Slope Day events to Cornell students of legal drinking age and their guests, Cornell spokesman Blaine Friedlander said. Drinking is allowed in a fenced-in area, which is closely monitored by university police and emergency medical technicians, he said."

Willie Poon "sustained a serious head injury and was transported to Cayuga Medical Center where he died at 2:55 a.m. today." The driver, BU student Rolyden C. Liu "has been charged second-degree vehicular manslaughter, a felony."
