Reports on the searching for Scot Baek Radel, a St. Cloud State University student who has been missing for days. Scot has last spoken to friends around 11:30 p.m. by cell phone after he left McRudy's Bar and Pub.

St. Cloud, Minn. (WCCO) ― of a missing St. Cloud State University student.

Reported that police and firefighters have conducted a massive search covering a 100-block radius in downtown St. Cloud looking for Radel. After nearly four days, there was still no sign of Scot.

Reported that Scot's body was found around 1:45 p.m. today, March 1, in the Mississippi River near a railroad bridge in approximately 11 feet of water.

Reports on finding Scot's body and that police found "no evidence of foul play," and that there were no obvious signs of injury to the body.

Reports that Scot's family  is suing the three downtown St. Cloud bars where he drank on the basis that Scot was served even though he was noticeably drunk..  An autopsy showed Radel's blood-alcohol level was 0.215 percent.
