Samuel had attended a party at the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity house on a Thursday night which lasted into Friday morning. Samuel’s friends walked him to a residence and put him in the bed "to sleep off the intoxication," Samuel’s lifeless body was found around noon, Friday.
