Does this need to happen to Brian and others? |

Brian was found unresponsive in his fraternity house bed at about
5 a.m early Saturday morning. Brian and others had been "hanging out" Friday
night and had been drinking. Toxicology tests showed Brian's blood/alcohol
level to be .35.
